1. Who we are
Siranova Health ("we", "us", "our") operates the Clinic Translator mobile application and the website clinictranslator.com. We are registered in the United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@clinictranslator.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account data — email address and hashed password when you register.
- Voice recordings — audio captured during a translation session. Recordings are transmitted to our servers solely to perform transcription and translation, then immediately discarded. We do not store any audio after processing.
- Cloned voice model — if you create a personal voice profile, a voice model is stored with ElevenLabs on your behalf. You can delete it at any time from the app.
- Usage data — session counts and token usage, used to enforce your subscription plan limits.
- Payment data — in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
- Contact form — name, email, and message if you submit the contact form on our website.
3. What we do NOT collect
- We do not store conversation transcripts or translations after the session ends.
- We do not collect patient names, dates of birth, diagnosis codes, or any other personal health information (PHI).
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
4. How we use your data
- To provide translation services — audio is sent to ElevenLabs (transcription) and Azure OpenAI (translation) via encrypted connections.
- To manage your account and subscription — we store your email and plan status in a secure database hosted in Azure UAE North.
- To respond to enquiries — if you contact us we use your email to reply.
5. Third-party processors
We use the following sub-processors, each bound by their own data protection agreements:

6. Data retention
- Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@clinictranslator.com.
- Audio recordings are not retained beyond the duration of a single API request.
- Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and abuse prevention.
7. Security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Our database and infrastructure are hosted in Microsoft Azure UAE North with access restricted to authorised personnel. We do not log conversation content.
8. Children's privacy
Clinic Translator is designed for licensed healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at info@clinictranslator.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
