1. Acceptance
By using Clinic Translator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Clinical Responsibility
Clinic Translator is an assistive tool only. All diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals. The service must not be used as a substitute for qualified medical interpreters in safety-critical situations.
3. Permitted Use
The service is licensed for use by healthcare professionals and organisations. Resale, reverse engineering, or use for non-clinical automated processing is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies where applicable. B2B license terms are governed by individual agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Siranova Health is not liable for any clinical outcomes arising from use of this service. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
