Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via our data deletion request form.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Microsoft Azure (UAE North), OpenAI, and ElevenLabs to process requests. No patient data is persisted with these providers.
5. ADHICS Compliance
This service is designed in accordance with UAE ADHICS standards. No raw patient audio or text is logged or retained after a session ends.
